Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) circulated to WTO a new law on general product safety. The provisions of this law shall apply to all products, including products traded through electronic means, except for products whose competence is assigned to the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. Final date for comments: September 6, 2024.
