In March 2024, Israel Minister of Economy and Industry announced a draft amendment to Israel’s Standards Law. This amendment significantly reforms Israel’s import regime – Standards Law (Compliance with European regulation requirements). This new amendment on the new import regime was published in Israel’s Book of Laws no. 3286 on August 11, 2024 and will enter into force gradually from publication date onward.
