On 11 March 2024, the JURI committee held a meeting in order to vote on the provisional agreement resulting from the interinstitutional negotiations on the Amending Directive 2013/34/EU as regards the time limits for the adoption of sustainability reporting standards for certain sectors and for certain third-country undertakings (2023/0368(COD)).
Additionally, JURI members voted on Pilot Projects and Preparatory Actions for the 2025 budget year. Members voted on several project and action proposals in the fields of artificial intelligence, copyright and sustainability reporting for companies and stakeholders.
