On March 31, 2024, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular No. 07/2024/TT-BGTVT promulgating the National Technical Regulation QCVN 35:2024/BGTVT on headlamps of road motor vehicles. This Circular shall take effect from October 1, 2024. Technical Regulation QCVN 35:2024/BGTVT will replace QCVN 35:2017/BGTVT upon implementation.
