This technical regulation applies to determine the basic requirements for Special-Use Vehicle Equipment and Accessories included in the scope of this regulation, and to determine the conformity assessment procedures that suppliers and operators must adhere to, in order to ensure the conformity of this product, and to preserve the health and safety of road users.
