This draft Commission Implementing Regulation cancels the approval of Tolylfluanid as an active substance for use in biocidal products of product-type 7 (perservatives for surface coating). Risks for human health were identified. Treated articles treated with or incorporating tolylfluanid for product-type 7 shall not be placed on the EU market from 6 months after the date of entry into force of this Regulation. Final date for comment: August 14, 2022
