On 13 July 2022, the JURI Committee will hold a hearing of candidates for the post of the Chair of the Sustainability Reporting Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG). The Members will further exchange views on the ESAP files (2021/0378(COD), 2021/0379(COD) and 2021/0380(COD)). They will also consider the draft opinion on the EU accession to the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (2016/0062(NLE)).
During the afternoon session, the Members will hear a presentation by PolDep C of the IPR and open data study and hold an exchange of views with the Commission on the file on Statute for European cross-border associations and non-profit organisations (2020/2026(INL)).
On 14 July, the Members will vote on the report on Responsible private funding of litigation (2020/2130(INL)), on the agreed text on corporate sustainability reporting (2021/0104(COD)) and on a mandate for the rapporteur on General budget of the European Union for the financial year 2023. Finally, they will hold an exchange of views on Protection of the environment through criminal law and replacing Directive 2008/99/EC (2021/0422(COD)).
