USA – Listing Nail Products Containing Triphenyl Phosphate (TPhP) at Concentrations Greater Than 250 Parts per Million (ppm) as a Priority Product

On June 12, 2026, the California Office of Administrative Law (OAL) published this final regulatory action by the Department of Toxic Substances Control amending Safer Consumer Products regulations to add nail products containing triphenyl phosphate at concentrations greater than 250 parts per million to the Priority​ Products list as a Priority Product. This final regulatory action becomes effective on October 1, 2026.
