On August 12, 2026 the Ministry of Health published the Ordinance on Safety of Toys in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 120/2026. This Ordinance established updated requirements in line with EU Directive 2009/48/EC. This Ordinance entered into force on August 13, 2026, and replaced the previous one published on January 28, 2015, in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 4/2015.
