This executive order enters into force on July 5, 2022. Executive order No. 1800 of December 3, 2020 on safety requirements for toys is repealed. The revision of the executive order means that three substances are added to the list of allergenic fragrances that toys must not contain. In addition, 60 substances are added to the list of fragrances, where the name must be stated if they are used in concentrations that exceed 100mg/kg.
