The Republic of Chile informs that in relation to the Draft Protocol of Analysis and/or Tests for the certification in Safety PE No. 1/44:2025, it was published in the Official Gazette on March 5, 2026, through Exempt Resolution number 37,705, of 2026, of the Ministry of Energy, Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels. Entry into force of the notified measure – date: January 2, 2027 for national manufacturers and importers, June 1, 2027 for traders.
