The Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) announced amendments to the «Regulations Governing the Use of Product Inspection Marks». Key changes involve simplifying the inspection mark process for goods like fire doors, allowing businesses to self-print them. It also eases conditions for vendors to regain the right to pre-purchase marks (from five-fold quantity to three consecutive passes), and removes the requirement for issuing a return certificate when marks are returned.
