Pursuant to Article 100, paragraph 5 of the Law on Electronic Communications («Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia», No. 35/23), at the 77th session of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, a Decree on amendments to the Decree on determining the radio frequency bands allocation plan was adopted, based on the proposal prepared by RATEL and submitted by the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, with the participation of the competent authority of the autonomous province. The Decree on amendments to the decree on determining the radio frequency bands allocation plan («Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia», No. 31 of 11 April 2025 ) entered into force on April 12, 2025. The Radio Frequency Bands Allocation Plan determines the allocation of radio frequency bands for certain radio communication services, in accordance with the ITU Radio Regulations, relevant international treaties, agreements, international legal acts and recommendations, as well as relevant regulations of the European Union.
