The Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare proposed to amend Article 7 of the Labeling Requirements for Cosmetic Packaging, Containers, Labels, or Directions, to become: Essence and spices may be labeled as fragrance, flavor, Fragrance, Parfum, Perfume, or Aroma, except when specific fragrance or flavor ingredients are required to be labeled in cosmetics.
