At the meeting of 23 September 2025, the JURI Committee held an exchange of views with the European Ombudsman, Ms Teresa Anjinho. JURI Members also heard candidates for the post of the Chair of the Sustainability Reporting Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG).
The Members of the Legal Affairs committee also heard the rapporteur of the legislative file ‘Harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law’ (2022/0408(COD)) reporting back on the negotiations pursuant to Rule 75(3) of the Rules of Procedure.
