On 11 December 2025, the Members of the Legal Affairs Committee will hold an exchange of views on JURIs opinion to BUDGs Interim report on the proposal for the multiannual financial framework for 2028-2034 (2025/0571R(APP)). At the same meeting, JURI Members will also vote on the adoption of the following reports: the 28th Regime: a new legal framework for innovative companies (2025/2079(INL)) and harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law (2022/0408(COD)).
The JURI Committee will also vote and hear on the reporting back on the negotiations pursuant to Rule 75(3) RoP, regarding the legislative report amending Directives 2006/43/EC, 2013/34/EU, (EU) 2022/2464 and (EU) 2024/1760 as regards certain corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence requirements (2025/0045(COD)).
