Chile’s Ministry of the Environment has issued Exempt Resolution No. 9,425, approving the 2025 list of notified non-industrial dangerous substances as required by Health Ministry Decree No. 57. Under this regulation, manufacturers and importers of dangerous substances exceeding one ton per year must report them to the government for classification and safety monitoring.
