USA – Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Announcement of Public Hearing: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Safe Harbor Methods and Content

​The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is providing notice of changes to the proposed regulatory action to amend, Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations, Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings –Safe Harbor Methods and Content, Sections 25601, 25602, 25603, and 25607.2 and adopt new Sections 25607.50, 25607.51, 25607.52, and 25607.53. The public comment period begins June 13, 2024, and ends June 28, 2024. – 15-day Notice of Modification – 15-day Proposed Modified Regulatory Text – Unofficial Regulatory Text as Amended OEHHA must receive comments on the proposed modifications by June 28,2024. WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point. Comments received by the USA TBT Enquiry Point from WTO Members and their stakeholders by 4pm Eastern Time on June 28, 2024 will be shared with OEHHA if received within the comment period​
