This document corrects the preamble to a final rule published on December 15, 2025, regarding the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) mandatory toy safety standard for neck floats. The correction addresses errors in the original text and provides clearer instructions for the public to access voluntary standards incorporated by reference. The correction, effective January 16, 2026.
