The incorporation of frequency bands 414-415 MHz and 424-425 MHz is approved for the operation of the Private Use Radioelectric Link Concentration System (SRCEP) in locations where spectral availability and coexistence with current assignments of the Radioelectric Link Concentration Service (SRCE) permit. Additionally, Point 3.5 of Annex I of Resolution No. 31 (February 14, 2011), issued by the former Secretary of Communications, is modified.
