(b) Addition of a grace period to help manufacturers and testing institutions adapt to the national standard (KS C 3350) and ensure the stable implementation of the regulation. (c) Clarification of specific clause numbers within related administrative rules (d) Editorial improvements to maintain consistency in format and terminology.
