The Federal Telecommunications Institute (Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones, IFT) in Mexico has issued an Agreement to modify the entry into force date for the Guidelines for the Use of the IFT Seal. The Guidelines govern the labeling of telecommunications and broadcasting products, equipment, devices, or apparatus that have been approved for compliance with regulatory standards. The IFT Seal Guidelines will now take effect on July 1, 2027 (postponed from July 1, 2025).
