At the meeting of 24 June 2025, JURI Members voted on several dossiers regarding insolvency proceedings, namely on the dossier Harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law (2022/0408(COD)) and on the Amendment of Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings to replace its Annexes A and B (2025/0023(COD)).
JURI Members also voted on the Jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of measures and cooperation in matters relating to the protection of adults (2023/0169(COD)) and voted also on the provisional agreement resulting from interinstitutional negotiations on Compulsory licensing for crisis management and amending Regulation (EC) 816/2006 (2023/0129(COD)). At the same meeting, JURI Committee Members heard statements by selected candidates to the post of the Chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
