Responsibilities

 At Allfunds, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Compliance team, Compliace officer position within an international compliance team in order to develop the Compliance duties as 2nd line of defence. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Participation in the Compliance Monitoring Programme. 

• Cooperation in the implementation of new regulation, as applicable. 

• Participation in the third-party providers management, including the Outsourcing function assessments and monitoring activities, providers homologation process, sub-custodian and intermediaries’ assessment and monitoring. 

• Support to the Compliance function, both at the headquarters and in branches and subsidiaries, in relation to the implementation of privacy, anti-bribery and conduct policies and codes, as well as other regulatory procedures. 

• Participate in the monitoring of personal data processing activities. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCEP, CIPP/E) are considered a plus. 

• Professional training or coursework in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs is advantageous. 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services or banking sector. 

• Demonstrated experience in regulatory implementation, compliance monitoring, or third-party risk management is highly desirable. 

• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (DORA), including data privacy (e.g., GDPR), anti-bribery laws, and conduct risk. 

• Familiarity with compliance monitoring programs and internal control systems. 

• Knowledge of third-party risk management, including outsourcing assessments and provider due diligence processes. 

• Awareness of sub-custodian and intermediary oversight practices. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance or GRC tools is a plus. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including international branches and subsidiaries. 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 

• A good command and fluency in English is required.
