The Regulatory Authority (RA) of Bermuda has announced that starting from February 14, 2025, there is no need for individual approval on radio devices that only work on Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi frequencies (refer to the frequency ranges and maximum output power listed in the memo). However, manufacturers and importers are still responsible for making sure these devices shall fully comply with the technical and regulatory standards set by: USA – Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Canada – Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI)
